Delete a Helix Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Helix app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile area.
3. Use the account deletion control and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access your account

1. Email info@helixai.life with the subject Delete my Helix account.
2. Send the request from the email address linked to your Helix account and include that address in the message.
3. Helix will confirm receipt and may ask for limited additional information if needed to verify that you control the account.
4. Once verified, Helix will confirm when deletion has been completed.

Do not send a password, laboratory report, identity document, or other health information with your initial request. If you no longer have access to the account email address, explain that in your message so Helix can offer an appropriate verification method.

What deletion covers

Deleting your account initiates deletion or irreversible anonymisation of data associated with the account, including:

• account and profile information;
• lifestyle, health, and biomarker data, as well as connected-service data if that feature is released and you use it;
• uploaded files and extracted values;
• AI chat content and generated wellness information; and
• communication and preference data that is not required for a legal record.

Active account data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days after a verified request. Residual copies may remain in access-restricted recovery backups for up to 90 days and are then removed through the normal backup-rotation cycle.

Information that may be retained

Helix may retain limited information when required by law or strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. This may include:

• transaction, invoice, and accounting records for up to six years or another period required by law;
• security and audit logs for up to 24 months, or longer where an incident or legal claim requires it; and
• a minimal record of the deletion request and its completion for the applicable limitation period.

Retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and is not used for advertising or to personalise the service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not available in the current release. If subscriptions are introduced, deleting a Helix account will not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. You will need to cancel it separately through the subscription settings of the relevant app store to prevent future renewal.

Waitlist-only requests

If you joined the website waitlist but never created an app account, ask to be removed by emailing info@helixai.life. The separate Website Privacy Policy explains how waitlist information is handled.
