Exercise a data-protection right

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

Email info@helixai.life with the subject Helix privacy request. State the right you want to exercise and send the request from the address linked to your account where possible. Do not include passwords, laboratory reports, or health details in the initial message.

Helix may ask for proportionate information to verify identity. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to any extension permitted by law. Exercising a right is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Withdraw health-data consent

You can withdraw consent to future health-data processing by emailing info@helixai.life. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it, but features that require health information may no longer work. If you also want existing information erased, state that clearly or use the account-deletion process.

Document selection and future permissions

Helix lets you select documents or files using your device's document picker. Helix does not request camera, photo-library, or notification access in the current release. Connections to external health platforms or devices are also not available in the current release. If device permissions or connected services are introduced, this section will explain how to manage them.

Marketing communications

You can opt out of optional promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing info@helixai.life. Helix may still send essential account, security, transaction, or service messages.

Delete an account

To delete your Helix account and associated data, open the Helix app, go to the Profile area, and use the account deletion control. If you cannot access your account, you can instead request deletion using the external process at Delete a Helix Account. If subscriptions are introduced in a future release, account deletion and subscription cancellation will be separate actions.

Complaints

If you believe a request has not been handled appropriately, contact info@helixai.life. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the data-protection authority where you live or work.
